Baby Dedication
Daniel and Anita Cobarrubio dedictated their 4th child to the Lord on August 7th, 2011 during the morning worship service. Tiana Rae was born a little over a year ago to Daniel and Anita and along with Tiana's older brother and sister, they made a pledge during the ceremony to raise Tiana in the ways of God. The congregation also made a pledge to help them in any way they can through Sunday School, worship, and friendship. The Cobarrubio's are such a blessing to this church body! Daniel is the leader of the men's group and Anita is about to begin teaching a Spanish class for those who take the annual spring break missions trip to Mexico! Thank you to this family for their contribution to this church and this community!
Father's Day Homemade Ice Cream Contest
About a dozen dad's entered the Homemade Ice Cream contest held on Father's Day during the evening fellowship.
First, second and third place winners were announced and prizes were awarded. Winners pictured below...Tony Harris, 1st place; Raymond Jobe, 2nd place and Terry Pollman, 3rd place.

March 13, 2011 marked the 3rd Baby Dedication for The Carlin family in 3 years!
The 3rd son born to Kassy and Brandon was dedicated to the Lord during a ceremony during the Sunday morning service with
several family members present! Levi Michael Carlin has two older brothers, Jeremy and Hunter! The Carlins expressed their
committment to raise Levi and his brothers with Christ as the center of their home. We pledge our support as their church family
to do anything we can to help them with the task! God bless you as you "train up your child in the way he should go".
