Christmas Expressions, the 25th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival sponsored by First Assembly of God church, will be held Friday and Saturday, November 5th and 6th, 2010 in the gymnasium of the church. (Gym is located in the back of the church at 3340 S. 16th Street.) The hours on Friday are from 12:00 (noon) to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Booth sizes will be 10' deep X 8' wide and will rent for $55.00 each. Chairs will be provided. Tables are available at $5.00 each. Vendors may begin setting up on Thursday, November 4th from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 pm. We will open at 8:00 am on Friday, November 6th to allow extra time for setting up. Exhibitors should be ready for business promptly at noon on Friday.
CONDITIONS:
1. Payment in full will be expected in advance to reserve booth spaces and tables for Christmas Expressions 2010. No exceptions will be made and no refunds will be given after August 1, 2010. Booths not reserved for next year by 4:00 pm on the closing day of the festival will be rented on a "first-come" basis.
2. Exhibitors should plan to keep their booths open until the close of business each day. (8:00 pm on Friday and 4:00 pm on Saturday) No prepared food is to be sold by Exhibitors.
3. The Festival will include approximately 50 Exhibitors Booths and food services throughout both days. Free refills of coffee and tea will be available for Exhibitors. Extensive advertising will be implemented through newspapers, radio, and posters in the Chickasha area to promote the Festival and dinner.
4. Sponsors are not responsible for loss or damage. All sales and sales tax are to be handled individually by each Exhibitor.
